<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pad for bicycle pants that pleasantly fits the crotch of a bicycle rider, comfortably protects an ischial tuberosity part and a pubic symphysis part and bicycle pants. <P>SOLUTION: The pad for bicycle pants includes an ischium covering part 32, a pubic covering part 34 and an auxiliary covering part 36 in this order. In the ischium covering part 32, a pair of first right and left surface cushion parts 40 is divided by groove parts 38a of a thin part 38. In the pubic covering part 34, a second surface cushion part 42 is divided from the first surface cushion parts 40 by the groove parts 38a of the thin part 38.
