<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To record data appropriately which indicates the condition of an apparatus to be monitored at the time of abnormality occurrence, while also acquiring a trigger on the basis of the lighted state of a signal tower which performs a blinking operation. <P>SOLUTION: To control a camera unit 3 which records in a memory card 33 moving-picture data acquired by a video camera in a period from a point of time earlier by a first time than a trigger signal is input till when a second time has elapsed after the trigger signal was input, an output section comprised of a resistor 15, a transistor 16, a diode 17, a relay 18 and a controller 19 outputs a trigger signal according to that an amount of light greater than a prescribed amount of light is detected by an illumination sensor 50 while it is set to a standby state. The controller 19 releases a standby state when the output section has outputted a trigger signal, and sets the output section to the standby state according to that light with the prescribed intensity or more is not detected by the sensor within a prescribed time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
