The present invention relates to a zinc finger-like peptide and pharmaceutical compositions containing the same for treating or preventing skin cancer. The zinc finger-like peptide comprises at least seven amino acids, and the amino acid sequence of the at least seven amino acids has 85-100 similarity to a sequence represented by SEQ ID NO: 1. Besides, the present invention also relates to an expression plasmid and pharmaceutical compositions containing the same for treating and preventing skin cancer.
