摘要 <p>The present invention provides a method for self-calibrating a microfluidic chip-based detection system, comprising the following steps: S1: mixing reference microbeads with known characteristics and an analytical sample uniformly to enter a detection area of a microfluidic chip together; or, S1': separating the reference microbeads with known characteristics from the analytical sample to pass through the detection area of the microfluidic chip separately; S2: allowing only one reference microbead or one particle of the analytical sample to pass through a detection channel of the detection area at a time, and detecting a signal generated by the reference microbead or the analytical sample by a sensor at the detection area; and S3: comparing the known characteristics of the reference microbead with a detection result, determining a calibration factor, and calibrating the detection area of the microfluidic chip and the detection result of the analytical sample. The present invention further provides a corresponding system. The implementation of the method and the system provided in the present invention has simple operation and enables more accurate detection of the analytical sample by the microfluidic chip.</p>
