<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily take in and transport a drum without expertise and to easily make the drum rotatable when reeling in and out a cable or the like. <P>SOLUTION: Two annular frames 1 are provided at a space, and a plurality of first crossbars 2 are extended between these annular frames 1. Reinforcing posts 3 with the respective ends fixed to the upper and lower parts of each annular frame 1 are provided inside each annular frame 1, and a substantially annular frame body 7 is provided outside each annular frame 1. A hubless tire 11 is rotatably fitted and supported to the outer periphery of each substantially annular frame body 7, and the outer periphery of the lower end of the tire 11 is located below the outer periphery of the lower end of each annular frame 1. The reinforcing posts 3 of each annular frame 1 are provided with a shaft receiver 20 serving as a shaft support mechanism. One side upper part of the annular frame includes a handle, and one side lower part includes a leg body.
