<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spray device of a die-casting machine excellent in productivity which can successfully spray a spraying agent on a cavity plane of a mold. <P>SOLUTION: This spray device of a die-casting machine is provided with a cassette body 2 where a movable-side panel 4 and a fixed-side panel 5, equipped with a plurality of spray nozzles 11, 12 are oppositely disposed, wherein the cassette body 2 enters between the opened movable mold 114 and fixed mold 112 and sprays the spraying agent from respective spray nozzles 11, 12 on the cavity planes 114a of the movable mold 114 and the cavity plane 112a of the fixed mold 112. The spray device is equipped with: a movable spray nozzle 27 moving between a retreating position and advancing position projecting from the movable-side panel 4, by an air-cylinder device 25; and a movable spray device 20 spraying the spraying agent on the cavity plane of the movable mold from the movable spray nozzle 27. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
