<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that when, in an evaluation system which evaluates evaluation data by main component analysis with respect to matrix data created from learning period time series data, a learning period is extended, the matrix data is increased in size. <P>SOLUTION: A matrix creation section 501 extracts from time series data 251 an exotic component row vector 261a which is a row vector consisting of M rows and creates matrix data 262b comprised of the exotic component row vector 261a consisting of M rows. An additional row vector extraction section 205 extracts from time series data 251 an additional row vector 261b which is a row vector not extracted by the matrix creation section 501. A determination section 502 compares the additional row vector 261b and the exotic component row vector 261a to determine similarity. A matrix recreation section 503 replaces the additional row vector 261b determined to be dissimilar with the prescribed exotic component row vector 261a to recreate matrix data 262e whose number of rows is fixed to M rows. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
