<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite metal soap which is preferably used as a stabilizer for chlorine-containing polymer while improving effects of thermal stability and coloring prevention. <P>SOLUTION: The composite metal soap is made of a solid solution of a fatty acid zinc and a fatty acid salt of Group 2 metal in the periodic table, wherein zinc/Group 2 metal atom ratio is within the range of 99/1-40/60, (zinc + Group 2 metal)/fatty acid equivalent weight ratio is within the range of 1-1.05, and an acid value is ≤1.0 mgKOH/g. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
