<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal combustion engine control apparatus that can suppress the generation of engine vibration, caused by an increase of a compression repulsion in automatically stopping an internal combustion engine. <P>SOLUTION: An electric control device automatically stops the internal combustion engine when a predetermined automatic stopping condition is established, and tentatively and fully opens a throttle valve and executes a valve opening control for fully closing a valve, when an engine stopping instruction output based on one of whether an IG switch is turned off or the predetermined automatic stopping condition is established. Furthermore, the electric control device prohibits executing the valve opening control in response to the engine stopping instruction, when the engine stopping instruction is output by the IG switching off operation while the internal combustion engine is being automatically stopped. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
