<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode lead wire member for a nonaqueous battery which is improved in the corrosion resistance and the moisture barrier property so that lithium ion battery life is not affected when the electrolytic solution of a lithium ion battery reacts with moisture to produce hydrofluoric acid, whereby the tendency to be subject to corrosion is increased, and which allows a high productivity to be achieved. <P>SOLUTION: An electrode lead wire member 18 is one which is led out from a storage container for a nonaqueous battery such that a layered product of a laminated film including an aluminum foil and a resin film is used as an exterior-packaging material. The electrode lead wire member comprises: a lead-out part 21 made of metal; and a protection layer 22 and a sealant layer 23 which are stacked on the outer surface of the lead-out part 21 in order.
