<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving method of switching elements, capable of equally distributing loss and heat generation to switching elements connected in parallel. <P>SOLUTION: The driving method of switching elements includes the steps of: detecting state change that causes abnormal increase of switching loss of the switching elements; driving first and second switching elements so as to match off-timing of the first switching element and off-timing of the remaining second switching element of the respective switching elements when the state change is not detected; and driving the first switching element and the second switching element such that the off-timing of one of them is earlier than the off-timing of the other when the state change is detected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
