A microwave-vacuum dry device is provided to measure the weight of object conveniently by directly supporting a conveyor belt through a load cell using a coupling part. A microwave-vacuum dry device comprises a body(110), a conveyor belt(120) installed in the body, a weight measuring member(130), a power transmission member, a liquefaction device(150) and a vacuum pump(160). The body has a coupling hole(114) at a lower front side and a lower rear side thereof. A drain(116) is formed at a lower part of the last side of the body. Magnetrons(118) are installed on an upper part of the body. The conveyor belt has a supportive leg which is inserted into the coupling hole and has a first coupling part having a combining hole. The weight measuring member includes a coupling part, which communicates with the coupling hole to support the supportive leg, and a load cell installed at a lower part of the coupling part. The power transmission member includes a rotation hydraulic cylinder and a drive motor.
