Provided is a button type sign pen. According to the button type sign pen, an ink tube (4) in which ink is filled into a pen body (1) is pushed by a push button (6) to allow a pen point (10) of the ink tube (4) to protrude to the outside through a pen point protrusion hole (3) of the pen body (1). A partition wall (20) having a guide passage (21) is disposed on a front side in which the pen point protrusion hole (3) of the pen body (1) is formed. An elastic restoring body (30) in which a pen point through hole (40) is formed is disposed on a front side of the partition wall (20). A pen point receiving space (60) is formed between the partition wall (20) and the elastic restoring body (30). Thus, the pen point (10) of the ink tube (4) may be received into the pen point receiving space (60) in a state where the pen point (10) is maintained in a pen point retention cap (70). |
