WINDING TESTING MACHINE OF COMPOSITE MATERIAL CORE RODS

A winding testing machine of composite material core rods comprises a protective cover (2), a sample feeding device (5), a winding device (3) and a programmable controller (6). The sample feeding device (5) and the winding device (3) are arranged in the protective cover, and the programmable controller (6) is arranged outside the protective cover (2). The present invention is characterized in that: 1. the sample feeding device ensures that a sample can be stably fed along a set direction, and constant tension is applied on the sample, so that the radius of curvature of the sample is identical with the outer diameter of a winding wheel after winding, therefore ensuring the accuracy and reliability of a test; 2. the winding device is simple in structure, convenient in operation and capable of automatically feeding, and the rotating speed of a motor and the outer diameter of the winding wheel can be adjusted as required, so that the testing machine can be widely applicable to samples of different specifications and models; and 3. the programmable controller can be adopted to set and automatically control winding tests of the samples of various specifications and models, and calculate and output test results.
