The shoe (10) has a shank (12) with an entrance aperture (14) for a foot of a carrier. Two Velcro(RTM: hook and loop fastener) elements (20,22) are extended in the direction of a toe section (18) of the shoe and are secured on a side (16a) of a tongue gap (16) at the shank. The Velcro fastener elements are partially arranged to cross each other in closed state of the shoe. One of the Velcro fastener elements is secured on other side (16b) of the tongue gap using a detour element (24).
