摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe charging device that can implement a maximum charging capacity without lowering a charging voltage and can shorten a charging time in charging a Li-ion battery or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The charging device includes: a charging circuit for supplying a charging current based on a current control signal; a detection circuit for detecting the charging current; an alarm circuit for outputting an alarm signal when a terminal voltage of at least one cell of a secondary battery becomes a predetermined setting voltage, and stopping the alarm signal when terminal voltages of all the cells of the secondary battery become lower than the setting voltage; a control signal generation circuit for outputting a current control signal to make the charging current a predetermined constant current until the alarm signal is input, outputting a current control signal to make the charging current a predetermined lower limit current while the alarm signal is input, and outputting a current control signal to gradually increase the charging current from the predetermined lower limit current when the alarm signal is stopped; and a control circuit for outputting a charge control signal to control the charging circuit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
