<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow an operator to set a different slice condition in each slab with an easier operation when setting different slabs in one imaging position or setting slabs in a plurality of imaging positions, in an MRI (magnetic resonance imaging) apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: This MRI apparatus 10A includes: an original image generation part 63 imaging a required imaging position of a subject and generating a positioning image; a region setting part 65e setting a slab region and slice regions based on recommended values corresponding to the required imaging position stored in a storage device storing recommended values of parameters related to slice conditions in each imaging position of a plurality of imaging positions, and displaying the slab region and slice regions on the positioning image; a slice condition decision part 65f deciding the slice conditions based on the slice regions; and an actual imaging execution part 66A executing the imaging of the slab region according to the decided slice conditions. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
