<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly versatile hybrid circuit of a high voltage circuit and a low voltage circuit with the suppression of an increased layout area and prevention of the occurrence of a short circuit. <P>SOLUTION: In a hybrid circuit 1 including a high voltage circuit and a low voltage circuit having mutually different power voltages, a voltage measurement circuit 26 which is a high voltage circuit, a high voltage connector 21 for the connection thereof to a lithium ion battery B, and a control unit 36 which is a portion of a low voltage circuit, for controlling to switch on and off an internal switch of a voltage measurement circuit 26 are mounted on a hybrid IC 5.
