<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous coating material which can effectively reduce flash rusts and to provide a proper repairing method to be performed by using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The aqueous coating is applied on the surface of a steel and contains: an aqueous urethane resin; and a zinc dust in a weight ratio of 70 to 90% based on the whole coating material but in a weight ratio of 90 to 97% based on a solid constituent, wherein: 10 to 25 wt.% of the whole coating material comprises a volatile constituent; and a volatile organic compound is reduced to less than 1% by the weight ratio of the whole coating material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
