<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method for network proxy connection, enable tentative use of a service on a user/flow basis. <P>SOLUTION: A network proxy connection system comprises: a layer-free transfer device (101) for packet transfer processing on a user/flow basis; from layer 2-4 header information of a communication request packet received from a communication terminal (10), a route control device (102) for identifying the user/flow and instructing the layer-free transfer device to set a route; and from the communication request packet, an authentication device (103) for permitting the tentative use of a provider (13) to the user. If no destination route of the communication request packet is present, the communication request packet is transferred to the authentication device.
