<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic reset switch that can be easily assembled in a state in which an initial force is applied, and that can be adapted to automatic production, and a method for assembling it. <P>SOLUTION: A spring member 5 and an operation member 6 are integrated into a mold case 7 in a positional relation of both the members not interfering with each other; after that, the spring member 5 is elastically deformed by working on a pressing force to the operation member 6 in the pressing direction, and having moved an abutting stop part 35 formed integrally with the operation member 6 to the pressing direction side, in that state, a shield cover 8 is integrated into the mold case 7; after a stopper part 40 formed on the shield cover 8 has been inserted into the pulling-up direction side of the abutting stop part 35, the pressing force worked on the operation member 6 is released and at an origin position the stopper part 40 is abutted and stopped at the abutting stop part 35 to restrain the movement of the operation member 6 away from the spring member 5 and give the operation member 6 bias toward the origin position side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
