<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control unit which can reduce a manufacturing cost while improving efficiency of work for electrically connecting a remote control line and a control substrate efficient, and to provide a heat source device. <P>SOLUTION: The control unit 8 has a case 12, a hot water control substrate 13 and a fixed terminal 7. The case 12 has a partitioning wall 24 and is divided into a terminal arrangement region 23 and a substrate arrangement region 21. In the terminal arrangement region 23, a terminal installation part 6 is integrally formed at the case 12, and a conductive plate member 5 is arranged so as to straddle the terminal installation part 6 and the hot water control substrate 13. The plate member 5 is electrically connected to the hot water control substrate 13 in the substrate arrangement region 21, and electrically connected to the fixed terminal 7 in the terminal arrangement region 23.
