摘要 <p>In order to prevent a molten spray material from adhering to the interior of a plasma generation chamber, an electrode, and a plasma jet jetting hole, or melt the spray material jetted from a spray material jetting hole with high thermal efficiency to thereby enhance yield, and further prevent the spray material from being reflected by the outer periphery of a plasma flame and from going through the plasma flame and scattering due to the differences in the particle diameter, mass, and the like of the spray material, a pair of a cathode electrode (8) and an anode nozzle (2) is disposed, three or more plasma jet jetting holes (4) are provided in the front surface (3) of the anode nozzle, and a spray material jetting hole (5) is provided at a center surrounded by the jetting holes (4). The spray material is jetted from the jetting hole (5) and poured into the axis of a combined plasma arc (31) or a combined plasma jet (32).</p>
