<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal which stabilizes electric connection with a connected component (another component) while suppressing the increase of the manufacturing cost. <P>SOLUTION: A terminal 100 is led out from an electronic component 10 to be electrically connected with a bus bar 40 (connected component) and includes a length adjustment part 110 adjusting the length of the terminal 100. Thus, a step for cutting the terminal 100 is not needed, and irregularity of a cutting surface (tip) of the terminal 100 is not caused.
