<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure sensor capable of improving reliability. <P>SOLUTION: A spacer 20 whose volume or Young's modulus reduces as the temperature becomes higher is fixed in a pressure detection chamber 19. With this configuration, when the external temperature becomes higher, the volume of the spacer 20 reduces even though the oil thermally expands. Or, as the Young's modulus of the spacer 20 reduces, the spacer 20 can absorb the volumetric change of the oil. Therefore, the whole volumetric increase in the pressure detection chamber 19 can be made small and generation of an inner pressure fluctuation in the pressure detection chamber 19 can be suppressed. Also, as the spacer 20 is fixed in the pressure detection chamber 19, the spacer 20 does not collide against a sensor part 4, which avoid abnormal actuation of the sensor part 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
