<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for mounting vehicle-mounted parts capable of easily mounting the vehicle-mounted parts even in a small working space. <P>SOLUTION: In this structure for mounting the vehicle-mounted parts, a mounting member 23 is provided with a through hole 22 inserted with a mounting shaft 21 projecting from a vehicle body side base plate 20, a fastening hole 28 through which a fastening member 31 penetrates, a mounting position Q1 which is spaced from the through hole 22 and at which the vehicle-mounted parts are mounted, and a stopper member 24 projecting from an edge spaced from the through hole by a predetermined volume.
