FLOW RATE MEASURING APPARATUS AND GAS SUPPLYING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow rate measuring apparatus capable of improving a discrimination of appliances in accuracy by employing a mistake correcting means which performs the correction in the case a mistaken discrimination is made in discriminating the appliances based on an instant flow rate output from a flow rate measuring means. SOLUTION: The flow rate measuring apparatus includes: the flow rate measuring means 3 for measuring a flow rate at a fixed time interval; an arithmetic means 6 for obtaining a difference value of flow rate values output from the flow rate measuring means 3; an appliance discriminating means 9 which compares in magnitude the difference value obtained by the arithmetic means 6 and an appliance registering means 7 with an appliance determination value registered in the appliance registering means 7 and determines the appliance; and the error correcting means 10 for correcting a result of the discrimination.
