A greenhouse door frame and a greenhouse door using the frame is provided to prevent a greenhouse door from being damaged and enhance a heat-retaining effect. In a greenhouse door frame(100) having two vinyl fixing grooves parts(10,10A), vinyl(70) is inserted into each vinyl fixing groove part from the end part of each side of the frame. The vinyl fixing groove parts face both the inside and outside of a green house door, when connecting the frames. A heat insulator fixing groove is formed to fix a heat insulating member or a panel to one side between the vinyl fixing groove parts. A greenhouse door using the frame is manufactured by connecting the frames to make the shape of a door, and then fixing vinyl to the vinyl fixing groove parts to form a double vinyl layer.
