A light guide sheet and a movable contact and switch using the same are provided to prevent variation in illumination and reduce a cost through a simple structure. A movable contact(18) includes a light guide sheet(14) and a plurality of movable contacts(15). The light guide sheet includes a base film(11) and a light guide member(12). The base film has a groove portion. The light guide member includes an introduction unit(12A), a guide path(12B), and a light emitting unit(12C) in the groove portion of the base film. The introduction unit has a refractive index different from that of the base film. The guide path is formed in a band shape and connected to the guide path. The light emitting unit is connected to the guide path. The moving contacts are formed by a conductive and thin metal sheet and attached to a bottom surface of the light guide sheet.
