A drum for a tire mark matcher is provided to rotate tires easily and to facilitate the attachment and separation of the tires and wheels by minimizing load. A tire mark matcher is composed of: a lifter equipped with a drum(2) at the upper part, to lift a tire supplied by a conveyor; a center cone mounted on the lower part of a brake cylinder to transfer a wheel to the lower side and then fix the wheel; a tire press roller moving to the lower side if a sensor detects a marking point of the tire as the tire turns, and the sensor stops to detect a signal, and pressing an upper bead unit of the tire; and a camera detecting the marking point of the tire and the wheel. The drum comprises a body(21) formed at the upper part of the lifter and provided with a perforated hole(211) formed in the center and a horizontal protruded plate(212) formed at the upper end and protruded outward, and plural support plates(22) separately arranged at regular intervals along the upper periphery of the horizontal protruded plate, in order to come into contact with the lower bead unit of the tire through points.
