<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shopping cart with a seat for baby, that helps a customer accompanying a baby enjoy shopping without making the baby bored. <P>SOLUTION: The shopping cart with a seat for baby includes a baby seat 24 that includes a seat part 25 and a backrest part 26 so that they can be folded, on a side of a hand-push frame body 22 positioned at a rear of a basket support frame 23, and that is used with the child sitting on the seat part 25 facing a user.
