<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an advance information providing system notifying train delay information or road congestion information to a portable communication terminal device of a user before a predetermined time in advance of an mean passage time by recording a passage time through a ticket gate of a station or a toll gate of an automobile way and calculating the mean passage time. <P>SOLUTION: In the advance information providing system 100, gate passage time information of a vehicle 30 passing through a gate device 20 is accumulated for a fixed period (for example, for one week), a mean passage time of the gate passage time is calculated, and road congestion information is acquired from a traffic monitoring device 60 before a predetermined time (for example, before 30 minutes) of the mean passage time to be notified to address information of the portable communication terminal device 50 carried by a user on the vehicle 30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
