A euro-form for a mold is provided to use in various sizes of walls or columns by sliding a movable member with regard to a fixed frame. A euro-form for a mold comprises a fixed frame(10), a fixed frame panel(21), a movable member(30), a guide rail(23), fixing blocks(22), and a movable member panel(24). The fixed frame panel is fixed to one side of the fixed frame. The movable member is slidable with regard to the fixed frame. The guide rail is installed between the fixed frame and the movable member. The fixing block and the movable member panel are each installed at the fixed frame. The fixed frame includes a pair of horizontal frames(11), a pair of vertical frames(12), and reinforcing frames(13).
