METHOD FOR SOUND SOURCE TRACKING AND HOME NETWORK SYSTEM USING THE SAME

A method for sound source tracking and a home network system using the same are provided to track the position of a sound source more accurately by using sound information complementary. Plural pairs of microphones(110) are arranged to face with each other. A peak value detection circuit(130) detects a peak value of a signal. A comparator(140) compares peak values of electric signals of the microphones. A movement robot can move. A home server determines coordinate direction of the sound source according to the comparison result, and then transmits the coordinate direction to the movement robot.
