<p>PURPOSE: Position detecting sensor, device and method are provided to change contact area between flexible dielectric member and conductor, thereby extract directing position of the indicator in good sensitivity. CONSTITUTION: The first conductor(11X) is arranged in the first direction. The second conductor(21Y) is arranged in direction intersecting to the first direction. Position indicated by indicator extracts change of electrostatic capacity formed between the first conductor and second conductor. A flexible dielectric member(13) is interposed between the first and second conductors. One side of the dielectric member is contacted to the first or second conductor.
