<p>PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a heterojunction solar cell using zinc compounds is provided to simply control a thin film forming process by forming all thin film layers including a light absorption layer with binary compounds. CONSTITUTION: A transparent electrode(11) is formed on a glass substrate(10). A window layer(12) is formed on the transparent electrode. A light absorption layer(13) is formed on the window layer. A rear surface field layer(14) is formed on the light absorption layer. A metal electrode(15) is formed on the rear surface field layer.</p> |
