PURPOSE: A cooking time control method is provided to measure the cooking time before a food is burnt after moisture is cleared up, and to cook food with an enough distance not to inhale carbon gas nearby a heating device for cooking, thereby eliminating the cooking condition harmful for health. CONSTITUTION: A cooking time control method comprises the following steps: fixing a heat detecting device(1) of a temperature controller in the air with a range of 2-3Cm over an air hole(37) of a cooker(32) lid, setting the temperature of a temperature controller to around 80 degrees Celsius, winding a thermal conduction wire(2) drawn out of the heat detection device around a device distance adjustment rod(26) with a spring, inserting and fixing an adapter(28) together with the heat detection device respectively into a corresponding hole, enabling the position of the heat detection device to move back and forth by an adapter, enabling a plate(35) combined with the thermal controller, a supporting rod and the device distance adjustment rod(26) to move up and down, and side to side. A seal-in relay built in a fixture(13) is operated when the operation of contact of the temperature controller is on. An alarming device alarms by switching the timer or blocks the heat from a heating device if the timer(8) turns on again and time passes the adjusted time.
