PURPOSE: A self deodorization filter capable, or a self-driven deodorization device thereof and a kitchen utensil with a timer for automatic rotation thereof are provided to prevent burnt food without lifting a lid of a kitchen utensil to turn food upside down, wherein a grill is automatically rotated by a bimetal sensor in a timer when the temperature rises over the predetermined level when cooking pork belly. CONSTITUTION: A self deodorization filter capable, or a self-driven deodorization device thereof and a kitchen utensil with a timer for automatic rotation thereof comprise a grill-cooking port(1), a grill-cooking port/single grill type and control unit(2), a control unit/single unit with a grill(3), or a grill/single grill type and safety cover(4), and a lid, a deodorization device and a stew cooking pot. The grill-cooking port is comprised of a grill holding groove, a controller holding groove, a direct fired hole, an oil storing groove, and a port handle(1g). The control unit includes a handle, a main-gear, a main supporting axis of rotation, a fixing groove of a main-gear supporting shaft, a timer fixation plate, a first grill rotation gear, a second grill rotation gear, a timer, a bimetal sensor, and a control gear.
