PURPOSE: A hot-wire net weaving apparatus is provided to make a covered hot-wire, metal wire, coated thread, thereby enabling to manufacture with a high friction coefficient and modulus of elasticity. CONSTITUTION: A hot-wire net weaving apparatus includes following features. A longitude yarn(1) is opened to upper and lower group by a opening movement in the weaving apparatus. A carrier needle(4) is entered to the longitude yarn and moved to the upward direction in order to insert a latitude yarn(2). A latch needle(5) is operated in the outlet side of a latitude yarn exit. A catch room(6) is provided from the latitude yarn outlet side which is in the opposite side of the entered side. The carrier needle is drawing out after surrounding the latitude yarn with a catch thread. A body is woven with a successive iteration of a beating-up motion which is pushing the latitude yarn. A bearing is firmly installed in the carrier needle. The carrier needle is comprised of a bobbin(12) and a latitude yarn supplying apparatus(20). |
