<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cowl louver structure for stably supporting a brake oil container even when the brake oil container is required to be inclined on the forward side of a vehicle and supported during filling the brake oil. <P>SOLUTION: A detachable cover 30 is locked to a cowl louver body 20 with a locking mechanism 38 in a posture at a second position 30Y, and retained in a posture to support a brake oil can 44.
