A driving apparatus and method for display device and display device including the same is provided to reduce EMI when a data voltage is supplied to a data line by making decline time different. A load signal converting unit(550) of data driving integrated circuit includes a plurality of N types and p type transistor(N1-N4, P1-P10), and the inverter(INV) and PRBS(pseudo random binary sequence) generating unit(551). The resistance(Rs) and transistor(N1, N2) are successively connected at one side of between ground voltage and driving voltage(AVDD). The transistor(P2, P2, N3, N4) is successively connected at the other side of the gap between ground voltage and driving voltage. The PRBS generating unit comprises a plurality of flip-flops arranged in a row, and each input terminal of each flip-flop is connected to the output terminal of the shear flip-flop.
