PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polypropylene resin foam injection-molded article which is lightweight and excellent in impact resistance due to its high flowability enabling injection filling of thin-walled parts as well as its high expansion ratio. SOLUTION: The foam injection-molded article is obtained by feeding a modified polypropylene resin, a specific thermoplastic rubber and a foaming agent to an injection molding machine and subsequently injecting them into a die and carrying out expansion molding, wherein the modified polypropylene resin has a melt flow rate of≥10 g/10 min but <50 g/10 min, has a melt tension of≥2 cN and shows a strain hardening property.
