The antenna arrangement (2) has planar electrodes (3,4) that are connected with an inductor (7) and a generator (1) for generation of excitation pulse. A semiconductor diode (6) is provided in a region of a radiation element (5) such that the pulse type signal is radiated by the radiation element from the predetermined breakdown voltage. The semiconductor diode is provided with an avalanche breakdown characteristic. Multiple reflectors are arranged laterally to the radiation element.
