PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine whether WEB page data downloaded is confidential, and automatically narrow the view angle of a liquid crystal screen when displaying a WEB page determined to be confidential on the liquid crystal screen. SOLUTION: The WEB page browsing program makes a computer execute steps of: downloading WEB page data (S10); determining whether the WEB page data is confidential; issuing, when the data is determined to be confidential, a view angle narrowing instruction for indicating narrowing of the view angle of the liquid crystal screen for displaying WEB pages (S12); and issuing a WEB page data display instruction for indicating display of the WEB page data on the liquid crystal screen.
