PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration isolation device with a heat insulating rubber of a new structure capable of stably providing target heat insulating effect and favorably improving manufacturing efficiency by quickly and surely assembling the heat insulating rubber cover on a vibration isolation device main body in the vibration isolation device provided with a stopper mechanism. SOLUTION: A locking recessed groove 40 is formed on a pair of leg parts 34, 34 and an abutment plate part 32 of the stopper member 18, a stepped surface 35 is provided on a tip part of a wall part of the locking recessed groove 40 of the abutment plate part 32, and a center claw part 64 and an external claw part 66 are formed as one unit on each external surface of a circumference wall section and a center section of the heat insulating rubber cover 20. The center claw part 64 is abutted on the stepped surface 35 of the abutment plate part 32 to position the center section of the heat insulating rubber cover 20 at the abutment plate part 32, the center claw part 62 is locked on each wall part 38 of the locking recessed groove 40 of the abutment plate part 32, and the external claw part 66 is locked on each wall part 38 of the locking recessed groove 40 of each leg part 34.
