PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide disconnection and/or overcurrent detecting device of a load circuit capable of detecting occurrence of disconnection and overcurrent of a load by a simple constitution. SOLUTION: A current in which the current by current sources CC1, CC2 are subtracted from a sense current IS is made to flow in a direct series connecting circuit of Zener diode ZD1 and resistor R1, and based on a size of a voltage VT2, it is determined whether the disconnection has occurred or not. Moreover, based on a size of a voltage VT3, it is determined whether the overcurrent has occurred or not. Accordingly, both disconnection and overcurrent can be detected by the simple constitution, and downsizing, space saving, and cost reduction of the device can be achieved.
