PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative form capable of obtaining a concrete structure which is extremely easy in construction and has good appearance. SOLUTION: In the decorative form 1 for transferring a pattern on the surface of a concrete structure 3a by casting concrete material 3 therein, a joint forming member fitting portion 15 is configured so that a joint forming member 2, which is embedded in concrete and forms a joint-shape portion 12 on the surface of the concrete structure 3a, is detachably fitted to a portion where end side portions forming the joint of the mutual decorative forms 1 are jointed together.
