PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a candle windbreaker little affected even if wind blows at the ignition. SOLUTION: An ignition port composed of a cut-out portion is integrally provided on the lower part of a transparent hollow wind breaker body 1 whose upper and lower parts are open; and a small-diameter ventilation port is integrally provided on the upper part of the hollow body.
