THERAPEUTIC AGENTS TARGETING PRX3 FOR STRESS DISORDER AND METHOD OF SCREENING THEREOF

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an agent for relieving stress sensitive response is provided to suppress histone deacetylation in PRX3 or TRX2 genes, and to prevent or treat depression and neurodegenerative diseases. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an agent for relieving stress sensitive response comprises: a step of producing a large amount of the agent; a step of extracting a part of the agent and testing whether the part of the agent enhances the expression, activation, function of PRX3(peroxiredoxin3) or TRX2(thioredoxin 2). The stress sensitive response is directly or indirectly caused by glucocorticoid hormone secreted due to stress. A food or feed for treating stress contains the agent.
