PURPOSE: A communication device and a scheduling method thereof are provided to allocate a carrier wave by at least one region according to the number of carrier waves by using a BBU(Base-Band Unit) pool which configures at least one BBU. CONSTITUTION: A BBU pool configuring unit(220) connects at least one BBU with eath other. The BBU pool configuring unit shares a hardware resource. A measuring unit(230) measures traffic change for at least one region. A determining unit(240) determines the number of carriers based on the measured traffic variation. The BBU pool configuring unit controls the allocation of carrier wave for at least one region.
